Christmas Punch
Start Christmas day off with a bang with some Christmas punch. A fruity blend of pomegranate, lime, and cranberry with the added splash of fizz to get the party started.

Method
- Put the cranberry juice, soda water and lime cordial into a jug and stir until combined.
- Add the prosecco and stir gradually.
- Garnish with cranberries, lime and mint and then serve.
Pear and Rosemary Gin Fizz
Add a touch of fizz to your Christmas drinks with this pear and rosemary gin. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of Gin
- 50ml of pear juice
- 50ml of soda water
- Juice of a lemon, plus slices to serve
- Rosemary sprig
Method
- Fill 2 glasses with ice and pour the gin and pear juice together.
- Add a good squeeze of lemon and the rosemary sprig.
- Top with soda water before serving.
Sugar Cookie Martini
Sweet and delicious, this Sugar Cookie Martini will be your favourite easy Christmas drink to make. Our ingredients, serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 200ml of whole milk
- 100ml of Baileys
- 100ml of Vodka
- 100ml of Amaretto (You can swap this for White Chocolate Liqueur if preferred)
- Ice
- Buttercream and sprinkles to garnish
Method
- Dip 2 Martini glasses into the buttercream, and then dip again into the sprinkles to decorate the rim of the glass.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the milk, Baileys, vodka, and amaretto or white chocolate liqueur. Add the ice and shake until it’s combined and cold.
- Pour in your glasses and enjoy!
White Christmas Mojito
Did you think Mojitos were only for summer? Think again! This Christmas blend is extremely coco-nutty, so if you don’t like coconut, skip to the next easy Christmas drink recipe. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 50ml of White Rum
- 50ml of Malibu
- ½ a can of coconut milk
- 1 tsp of sugar
- Juice of a lime
- Mint leaves
- Sparkling water to serve
Method
- In a glass, pour the lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves together and stir until the leaves have broken down.
- Fill the glass halfway with ice.
- In a blender, combine the white rum, Malibu and coconut milk and pulse until smooth.
- Pour over the ice and stir well to combine.
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with any leftover mint leaves.
Holiday Peppermint White Russian
If you aren’t in the holiday spirit, this Peppermint White Russian is bound to get you feeling festive. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of Vodka
- 100ml of coffee liqueur
- 100ml of peppermint schnapps
- 2 tsp of granulated sugar
- 250ml of milk
- Ice
- Crushed candy canes
- 2 whole candy canes to garnish
Method
- Combine the crushed candy canes and granulated sugar in a small bowl and mix well.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with peppermint schnapps, coffee liqueur, vodka, and ice.
- Shake well until combined and cold.
- Pour into 2 glasses and top with a desired amount of milk.
- Garnish with candy canes if desired.
Chocolate Orange Cocktail
Are you a fan of chocolate orange? How about in a cocktail? Our ingredients serve 4 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of Vodka
- 100ml of chocolate liqueur
- 50ml of orange syrup
- 50ml of orange juice
- Orange zest
- 100g of caster sugar
- Ice
- Grated chocolate to garnish
Method
- To make the orange syrup, combine 100ml of water with the caster sugar and orange zest into a pan and bring to a boil.
- Strain this and cool.
- Chill 4 Martini glasses and dampen the rim with a little water, and then dip in grated chocolate to decorate.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, chocolate liqueur, orange syrup, orange juice and ice together.
- Shake well and pour into the glasses.
Salted Caramel Espresso Martini
This easy Christmas drink is the perfect combination for lovers of Espresso Martinis and has a sweet tooth. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of Vodka
- 50ml of coffee liqueur
- 50ml of espresso
- 1 tsp of caramel
- Grated chocolate to serve
- Ice
Method
- Place the caramel, espresso and a pinch of salt into a cocktail shaker and stir until the caramel has dissolved.
- Add the coffee liquor and vodka and top with ice.
- Shake until combined and it becomes frothy.
- Strain the mixture and divide between two chilled Martini glasses, and top with grated chocolate to serve.
Mulled Cider
You can’t beat a nice mug of mulled cider after finishing your Christmas shopping. Follow our easy Christmas drinks recipe, and you’ll not be disappointed. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 440ml of Cider
- 100ml of Whiskey
- 200ml of apple juice
- 50g of dark brown sugar
- Orange zest
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp of berries
Method
- Pour the cider, brandy, apple juice and sugar into a saucepan and gently heat to mull.
- Add the orange zest and berries and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Ladle into glass mugs to serve.
Hot Buttered Rum
Getting snow at Christmas might not be guaranteed, but having a cup of cheer is definitive with this hot buttered rum easy Christmas drink. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of Dark Rum
- 2 tsp of butter
- 2 tsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg & allspice
- 200ml of hot water
- Cinnamon stick to garnish
Method
- Place the sugar, butter, vanilla extract and spices into the bottom of a coffee glass or mug and mix thoroughly.
- Pour in the rum and top it up with hot water.
- Stir well and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Luscious Baileys Hot Chocolate
Is it even Christmastime without a boozy hot chocolate? Cosy on up by the fire with our luscious Baileys Hot Chocolate. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 8 tsp of hot chocolate powder
- 400ml of milk
- 100ml of Baileys
- Marshmallows for topping
- Whipped cream for topping
Method
- Add the milk into a saucepan and place over medium heat.
- Put the hot chocolate powder into two large mugs and divide the hot milk between them.
- Pour the Baileys into the hot chocolates and top with whipped cream and marshmallows.
Whiskey Eggnog
Traditional eggnog is great but can take a while to make. We’ve put together a quicker version that is just as tasty and can be enjoyed warm or over ice. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of Whiskey
- 500ml of vanilla ice cream
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg
Method
Warm:
- Warm the ice cream in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and divide between glasses.
- Top with the spices and serve.
Chilled:
- Alternatively, you can serve chilled over ice.
- Combine all the ingredients except the ice and nutmeg into a blender and whisk until smooth.
- Transfer to a larger screw-top jar with a lid, add the ice, seal and shake well until combined.
- Strain into glasses and scatter the nutmeg to serve.
