    Returns Policy

    At Drinks House 247, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

    If you wish to return an item, please contact us within [14 days] of receiving your order to initiate a return. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened and in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed within [7 days] of receiving the returned item.

    In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within [24 hours] of receiving your order. We will make arrangements to have the item returned and either replace it or provide a full refund.

    Note: Any shipping fees incurred during the original purchase or for returning the item will not be refunded.

    • Alcoholic beverages cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened.

    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
    • Please include your order number and reason for return.
    • Mail your return to the address provided by our customer service team.
    • Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days.

    Refunds:

    • Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
