Baileys Hot Chocolate
There’s nothing more classic than Bailey’s hot chocolate. It’s rich, creamy and full of flavour. This Bailey’s drink recipe is deliciously sweet and perfect to warm you up on a cold winter’s day.

Ingredients
- 4 heaped tablespoons of cocoa or hot chocolate powder
- 500ml of milk
- 50ml of Bailey’s
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- ½ a teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 50g of chocolate chips
- Whipped cream and marshmallows (optional)
Method
- Place a saucepan over medium heat and add the cocoa or hot chocolate powder and the milk and whisk together until combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients and heat until the chocolate chips have melted.
- Pour into 2 large mugs and garnish with whipped cream and marshmallows.
Classic Mudslide

Ingredients
- 50ml of vodka
- 50ml of coffee liqueur
- 75ml of Bailey’s
- 100ml of heavy cream
- Ice
- Grated chocolate
Method
- Wet the rim of a cocktail glass and dip it into the grated chocolate.
- Place the vodka, coffee liqueur, Bailey’s and heavy cream into a cocktail shaker.
- Add 2 handfuls of ice and shake until it’s cold.
- Strain into the cocktail glass and garnish with any leftover grated chocolate.
Chocolate Martini
This Bailey’s drink recipe is rich and creamy and a great treat for a chocoholic! Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 50ml of vodka
- 50ml of white crème de cacao liqueur
- 50ml of Bailey’s
- 100ml of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of syrup
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
- Grated chocolate to garnish
- Ice
Method
- Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill with 2 handfuls of ice.
- Shake it until it has combined and is cold.
- Strain into 2 Martini glasses and garnish with grated chocolate.
Baileys Coffee
Turn your regular coffee boozy with a shot of Bailey’s! Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 200g of coffee
- 50ml of Bailey’s
- Store-bought whipped cream or heavy whipping cream
Method
- Make the coffee using your favourite method.
- Whisk your heavy whipping cream until it has soft peaks.
- Add the coffee to a mug and make sure you leave room for the cream.
- Stir in the Bailey’s and gently float the whipped cream using the back of a spoon.
Espresso Martini with Baileys
An Espresso Martini but with a delicious Bailey’s twist! Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 50g of espresso
- 50ml of vodka
- 25ml of coffee liqueur
- 50ml of Bailey’s
- For the rim of the glass: finely ground coffee beans and sugar
Method
- Make the espresso in an espresso maker or make really strong coffee.
- Wet the rim of the cocktail glass and place the ground coffee beans and sugar on a plate and dip the glass into the mixture.
- Place the coffee, vodka, coffee liqueur and Bailey’s into a cocktail shaker.
- Add 2 handfuls of ice and shake until it’s cold.
- Strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
Baileys White Russian
Add a splash of Bailey’s to the classic cocktail, White Russian. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 50ml of vodka
- 50ml of coffee liqueur
- 50ml of Bailey’s
- Ice
Method
- Add the vodka and the coffee liquor into a low ball glass and fill with ice.
- Top it up with Bailey’s and stir until it’s cold.
Salted Caramel Martini
Sweet, delicious and smooth, it’s hard to resist a salted caramel Martini with a splash of Bailey’s. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 50ml of caramel syrup
- Sea salt
- 100ml of vanilla vodka
- 100ml of Bailey’s
- Soft caramel candy to garnish
Method
- Roll the rim of a Martini glass in caramel syrup and then coat with a dust of salt.
- Place in the fridge to chill.
- In a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, vanilla vodka, Bailey’s and more caramel syrup.
- Shake well and strain into the Martini glass.
- Garnish with a caramel candy.
Baileys Irish Ice
This Bailey’s drink recipe is more like a dessert than a cocktail, but it’s absolutely delicious. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of Bailey’s
- 50ml of mint chocolate syrup
- 100ml of iced coffee
- 2 scoops of Guinness flavoured ice cream
- 1 tablespoon of espresso
- Whipped cream
- Ice
Method
- In a blender, add the Bailey’s, mint chocolate syrup, iced coffee, ice cream and ice.
- Blend on high until combined.
- Pour into 2 coupe glasses and top with espresso and whipped cream.
Irish Slammer
The Irish slammer is a popular bar shot and is easy to make. A combination of lightly bitter beer and a cream shot of Irish liqueur is a firm favourite for some. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 50ml of Bailey’s
- 50ml of Irish Whiskey
- 1 pint of Guinness
Method
- Pour the Bailey’s into 2 shot glasses and then top it with the whiskey.
- In 2 pint glasses, pour ½ in each and allow the foam to settle.
- Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and drink!
Irish Cactus Cocktail

- 50ml of tequila

Method
- In an old-fashioned glass, will with ice and pour in the tequila and Bailey’s.
