Ingredients
- 100ml of Pimm's
- 100ml of Brandy
- 500ml of apple juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Apple, sliced
- Orange, sliced
- Ice
Method
- Fill a jug with ice and add the Pimm's, brandy and apple juice and give it a stir.
- Add the cinnamon sticks and the sliced apple and orange and enjoy!
Winter Aperol Spritz

Ingredients
- 100ml of Aperol
- 100ml of Prosecco
- 50ml of pomegranate juice
- 50ml of soda water
- Grapefruit wedges to garnish
- Ice
Method
- Fill a glass with ice and top with Aperol and pomegranate juice.
- Add the prosecco and soda water.
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and enjoy!
Winter Sangria
This cranberry and orange-infused mix is just what you need to hold onto that summer feeling but with a winter twist. Our ingredients serve 4 people.
Ingredients
- 750ml bottle of red wine
- 200ml of Aperol
- 200ml of Cointreau
- 2 oranges, thinly sliced and quartered
- 2 apples, cut into chunks
- Handful of cranberries
Method
- Combine the wine, Cointreau, Aperol, cranberries, oranges and apples into a larger jug or punch bowl.
- Refrigerate the sangria for 2 to 6 hours before serving.
Hot Spice Buttered Rum
Treat yourself to a gently spiced buttered rum on a cold winter night tucked up by the fire. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of Spiced Rum
- 200ml of water
- 25g of butter
- 1 blood orange, zested and juiced
- 1 star anise
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
Method
- Heat all the ingredients in a saucepan until it's hot but isn't boiling.
- Stir gently and then let it sit for a few minutes.
- Strain into 2 mugs.
Mulled Wine Cocktail
This is the perfect winter cocktail as it can be served hot to warm you up after a day out in the fresh air. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 750ml bottle of red wine
- 150ml of Cointreau
- 150ml of water
- 100g of light-brown sugar
- 1 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
Method
- Put the brown sugar in a pan with the star-anise, cinnamon stick and 150ml of water. Bring to the boil whilst stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Simmer this for 2 minutes and then pour into a large jug and leave to cool.
- Thinly slice the lemon and oranges and add them to the jug, along with the Cointreau and bottle of red wine. Stir well and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight if possible.
- Pour into a saucepan and gently warm without re-boiling and serve in heatproof glasses.
Hot Spiced Cider
Make a batch of this spiced cider when friends come over and enjoy! Our ingredients serve 4 people.
Ingredients
- 1L of Apple Cider
- 100ml of Whiskey
- 100ml of Cointreau
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 5 cardamom pods
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat and cook for 5 minutes until it's warm. Make sure you don't let it boil.
- Ladle into heatproof mugs and serve.
Caramel, Apple and Cinnamon Hot Toddy
There is no better way to warm up on a crisp winter's night than with a hot toddy. Combined with caramel, apple and cinnamon, you can't get any better than this winter cocktail. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of apple pie liqueur
- 75g of caster sugar
- 100ml of apple juice
- 250ml of water
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Whipped cream to serve
- Ground cinnamon to dust
Method
- Place the sugar in a saucepan over a high heat with 1 tbsp of water.
- Cook by swirling the pan for 5 minutes until it has turned into caramel.
- Using a metal spoon, stir in the water and swirl the pan again until the caramel and water are combined.
- Stir in the apple juice and cinnamon sticks and stir, then slowly add the liqueur.
- Divide among glasses and spoon over some whipped cream and dust with cinnamon to serve.
Cranberry and Rum Warmer
Another favourite that you can try includes this delicious and aromatic rum and cranberry drink. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of Dark Rum
- 1L of cranberry juice
- 2 tsp of lemon juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method
- Put the cranberry and lemon juice and cinnamon stick in a saucepan and gently simmer over a medium heat for around 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the rum.

Campfire Espresso Martini
This winter cocktail serves up a serious case of campfire vibes with a very mature twist. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of Vodka
- 100ml of Espresso
- 60ml of marshmallow syrup
- Marshmallow skewers to garnish
Method
- Combine the vodka, espresso, and marshmallow syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake all together for a few minutes.
- Double strain into a coupe glass or glass of your choice.
- For the garnish, place 2 marshmallows onto a dampened skewer, toast slightly and place on top of the glass.
Baileys Hot Chocolate
Nothing beats a warming Baileys hot chocolate on a cold winter evening. Our ingredients serve 2 people.
Ingredients
- 100ml of Baileys Irish Cream
- 400ml of whole milk
- 2 tbsp of hot chocolate powder
- Whipped cream to serve
- Chocolate shavings to garnish
Method
- Heat the milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
- Whisk in the hot chocolate powder until fully dissolved.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the Baileys.
- Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
Winter Negroni

Ingredients
- 100ml of Gin
- 100ml of sweet vermouth
- 100ml of Campari
- Orange peel to garnish
Method
- Stir all ingredients together with ice in a mixing glass.
