Prunier Baeri Tradition →Firm brown to golden pearls with a clean, nutty finish. The caviar in most of our hampers.
Croe Royal Oscietra →Large, shiny amber grains, buttery and hazelnut-rich. Beluga-sized pearls at a lower price.
Caviar House Pure Kaluga →The largest pearls, pearl-grey, delicate and creamy with a long finish. The sturgeon can take up to 20 years to mature.

Each hamper pairs a bottle, such as Dom Pérignon, Cristal or Ruinart, with a tin of caviar (usually 30g of Royal Oscietra) and a full caviar service: a mother-of-pearl spoon, mini blinis and crème fraîche. Most also include fine chocolate and a personalised gift message.
A dry, fresh Champagne. Blanc de Blancs, such as Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, is the classic match, and vintage Champagnes like Dom Pérignon and Cristal have the depth to stand up to Oscietra and Beluga. Ice-cold vodka is the other traditional partner.
Allow 15–30g per person as a starter. A 30g tin serves one to two people, the 50g tin in the Cristal Prestige hamper is enough for two to three to share, and the 100g tin in the Dom Pérignon P2 2003 hamper will serve four to six.
They come from different sturgeon. Baeri (Siberian sturgeon) has medium, dark, creamy pearls and is the most affordable. Oscietra has firm brown to golden pearls with a nutty finish. Beluga (Huso huso) has the largest, most delicate pearl-grey pearls and is the most prized.
