First served at the legendary Prunier Restaurant on St. James’s Street in 1932, this caviar has been crafted by the same exclusive technique ever since. The Baeri St. James is the quintessence of the Prunier house very large, full-bodied grains with a pronounced iodine character, remarkable density of taste and a very long finish that echoes the great Oscietra of the Caspian Sea. Low in salt, aged to perfect maturity two months after harvest, and worthy of the noble tables it has graced for nearly a century. Store refrigerated. Consume within 3 days of opening.
