How many does 100g of caviar serve?
Four to six people, properly — as a course rather than a taste. Allow 15–30g per person as a starter. A 30g tin, which is what our other gift sets carry, serves one to two; this is the full tin.
How does Gold Edition differ from the Reposado?
The Reposado is a single expression rested eight months in American oak. Gold Edition is a blend of three of the house's tequilas — silver, reposado and extra añejo — so it carries both the bright agave of the unaged spirit and the oak, vanilla and dried fruit of the long-aged one. The decanter is black and gold rather than white.
