Domaine Corsin Pouilly-Fuissé 'Vieilles Vignes' 2018 — a rich, oak-aged white Burgundy from old vines.
The Corsin family has made wine in Pouilly-Fuissé for generations. Their old-vine cuvée is hand-harvested, gently pressed and aged in French oak — a marriage of tradition and craft that yields depth and balance.
Full-bodied and creamy, with medium to high acidity keeping it fresh. Ripe citrus and apple are layered with butter and vanilla from the oak, closing long and satisfying.
