Made with juniper from Italy, the ingredient that gives gin its name, No.3 London Dry Gin also features the unmistakable flavors of pine and lavender. Sweet Spanish orange peel adds freshness with clean and crisp citrus notes, while grapefruit peel provides an extra zingy lift to the juniper and orange. Three additional spices are included: angelica root, which delivers an earthy quality and helps to make the gin dry; coriander seeds from Morocco, which release a lemon flavor with a spicy yet slightly peppery finish; and finally, cardamom pods, which impart a spicy, aromatic, and warm bite.
