Château Lafite Rothschild Pauillac Premier Grand Cru Classé 2020 75cl is the iconic First Growth masterpiece from one of Bordeaux’s most legendary estates, spanning 107 hectares in the Médoc. This 2020 vintage exemplifies Lafite’s sculpted elegance, with a blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot, vinified under technical director Eric Kohler and aged in 100% new oak. Deep garnet in colour, it builds with classic Lafite architecture: aromas of pencil lead, crushed mint leaf, blackcurrant, graphite, and subtle floral spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied with elongated, finely balanced tannins, slate-scraping texture, vibrant acidity, and understated power—blue/purplish fruit, lavender, sage, and mocha unfolding in harmonious layers.
