From 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay sourced exclusively from the Côte des Blancs Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Oiry and Oger the 2015 Blanc de Blancs is a Champagne of genuine substance and precision. Six years on the lees in Pol Roger’s famously cool cellars, 33 metres below Épernay, produce the house’s characteristic fine bubbles and unhurried complexity.
