The grapevines to make Baron Maxime Rosé are planted on clay and limestone and are grown in France. There are different types of grapes used to make this wine, which includes 70% Grenache, 20% Carignan and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The harvests are made at optimum ripeness for a better balance and concentration of the wine.
The grapes are pressed quickly and are fermented at low temperatures to try and maintain the rich fruity aroma. With a very clear and bright rosé, there’s a refreshing fragrance of raspberries and strawberries, combined with sweet cinnamon. This Baron Maxime Rosé is perfect to pair with grilled chicken, tuna sashimi or fresh goat's cheese.
