Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add 25ml St-Germain, top with 90ml prosecco and a splash of soda, then add a generous sprig of fresh mint and a squeeze of lime. Stir once, gently. That is the whole recipe — and it is the reason this bottle is everywhere this summer.
