The 2020 is 100% Chardonnay with oak ageing. Rich and concentrated — ripe white peach, apricot and lemon zest with a touch of honey — but the vibrant acidity cuts straight through, leaving the wine lively rather than heavy. Toasted nuts and stony minerality give it depth, and the finish is long. A serious white Burgundy with real ageing potential.
Serve with: lobster or scallops in cream sauce, roast chicken, veal, mushroom risotto, or creamy pasta.
