Henriot Demi-Sec — an elegant, gently sweet Champagne from a distinguished house founded in 1808.
Champagne Henriot was founded in 1808 by Appoline Henriot and was among the first houses to replant with grafted vines after phylloxera. This Demi-Sec balances a rounded sweetness with the house’s hallmark refinement.
A Demi-Sec carries more dosage than a Brut for a softly sweet, indulgent style. Blended from all three classic grapes and aged at least three years on the lees, Henriot’s is honeyed and complex, with a long, rounded finish.
