Pierre Péters Réserve Oubliée — a rare, long-aged Blanc de Blancs of remarkable depth from a legendary Côte des Blancs grower.
Founded in 1919, Pierre Péters is one of the most revered grower houses of the Côte des Blancs. Réserve Oubliée — the “forgotten reserve” — is drawn from a perpetual reserve and aged a minimum of fifteen years on the lees, showcasing the extraordinary ageing potential of Chardonnay.
From the chalk soils of the Côte des Blancs, this is Chardonnay at its most profound. Long ageing builds a rich, toasty complexity over the grape’s natural minerality — a silky, layered Champagne for a connoisseur.
