Royal Mail does not carry alcohol from private senders, which is why "champagne by post" usually means a specialist courier. Ours is tracked door to door and the bottle is packed upright in a moulded box so the cork and label arrive as they left us. You get the tracking link, so you know the moment it has been signed for.

We deliver to offices, hotels, restaurants and hospitals as well as homes. For business addresses, order by 4pm on a weekday so it arrives in working hours; we do not deliver to business addresses at weekends unless the business is open. Put the recipient's name and any department or floor in the address so reception can find them.

Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout instead of your own, add a gift message, and we deliver it to them. Same day across Greater London, next day to mainland UK addresses for orders placed by 4pm.
Champagne cannot go through Royal Mail, so we use tracked couriers for UK deliveries and our own drivers in London. The bottle travels upright in a protective box and the recipient signs for it.
Yes. Alcohol has to be handed to an adult, so it cannot be left on a doorstep or with a neighbour. The courier will ask for photo ID if the person looks under 25. It helps to tell the recipient a delivery is coming.
Yes. There is a gift message box at checkout. We print it on a card and put it in the box with the bottle. Prices never appear on the card or the packaging.
Yes. Place the order from anywhere in the world and pay online. Only the delivery address needs to be in the UK.
