You do not need to post anything to send a gift to someone in London. Order on our site from wherever you are, enter their UK address and add a message. We dispatch from our licensed unit in Battersea and deliver across Greater London 24 hours a day, typically in 30–45 minutes. Elsewhere in mainland UK, choose express (1–2 business days) or standard (3–5 business days) at checkout.
Because the gift never crosses a border, there is no customs, no duty and nothing for the recipient to pay. Checkout is in pounds sterling and works with cards from any country; your bank converts the charge.

Do I need a UK card or billing address?
No. Only the delivery address has to be in the UK. Your card and billing address can be where you are.
Will the recipient pay customs or duty?
No. The order is fulfilled inside the UK with UK duty already paid, so nothing crosses a border.
Who can accept the delivery?
Someone aged 18 or over. We check age on every alcohol delivery, and under our
Challenge 25 policy anyone who looks under 25 will be asked for photo ID.
Can I send to a London hotel?
Yes. Give the guest's full name and the hotel address, and note that the delivery is for a guest. Hotels usually receive it at reception or the concierge desk.
