This añejo begins with Blue Agave harvested from the elevated Los Altos region of Jalisco, slow-cooked for 72 hours in traditional masonry ovens before a minimum three-year maturation in a combination of French oak barrels and former whiskey casks. The result is rich and unhurried — caramel, chocolate, dried fruit and a gentle oak signature that lingers long after the last sip.
