Yes. Include the company name, floor and the recipient's phone number. Someone aged 18 or over must accept any delivery that contains alcohol, so make sure reception can sign for it.
Do I need a UK card or billing address?
No. Only the delivery address has to be in the UK. Your card and billing address can be where you are.
Will the recipient pay customs or duty?
No. The order is fulfilled inside the UK with UK duty already paid, so nothing crosses a border.
Who can accept the delivery?
Someone aged 18 or over. We check age on every alcohol delivery, and under our
Challenge 25 policy anyone who looks under 25 will be asked for photo ID.
