The Gran Patrón Piedra Tequila is a premium tequila made from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave using the traditional tahona process. It is presented in a distinctive crystal bottle and elegant case, making it the perfect gift for any tequila lover.
The Weber Blue Agave used for this tequila is matured slowly, taking around eight years for ripening. Skilled jimadors use a tool called a coa to carefully strip away the leaves and reveal the heart of the plant, known as the piña.
Once the piñas are hand processed and chopped, they are baked in small brick ovens and crushed by a two-ton volcanic stone wheel. The resulting mixture is then fermented for three days and distilled to create the smooth and flavorful Gran Patrón Piedra Tequila.
