The Drink
Mediterranean is the most aromatic tonic in the Fever-Tree range, built around herbal and floral botanicals with bright citrus running through them. Where the Indian tonic leads with bitterness, this one leads with fragrance — the quinine is still there, but it sits behind the aromatics rather than in front of them.
It is the natural partner for a lighter, more delicate gin, where a heavier tonic would flatten the botanicals. In 200ml bottles each serve is fresh and fully carbonated, and a case of 24 keeps a summer’s worth of drinks in the cupboard.
