The B13 Vintage Champagne is a special edition that was released to commemorate the 2013 harvest. The name "B13" refers to the 13th vintage of this particular champagne, which was first created in 1846. The Bollinger vineyard was the first one owned by Champagne House to receive the Haute Valeur Environnmental certification. On tasting, generosity and elegant fruit with flavours of pear, fresh almonds and tarte tatin are marked by the chiselled, mineral expression of pinot noir bringing citrus and candied lemon notes. Velvety persistence with a saline hint on the finish.
Bollinger is a renowned champagne house that has been producing exceptional champagne for over 180 years. Their B13 Vintage Champagne is made from grapes grown in the Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards of Ay, Verzenay, and Tauxières. The blend is predominantly made up of Pinot Noir grapes, with a smaller amount of Chardonnay added to the mix.
