Sierra Silver Tequila is a blanco tequila from Guadalajara, Mexico, the home of tequila. It is made from the Blue Agave, also known as Agave tequilana Weber azul, which is the plant from which almost all tequila is produced. There are many different types of agave, and certain varieties make better or different tequila.
Sierra Silver is a full-bodied tequila with a fresh aroma dominated by light chili notes. These characteristics come from the Agave tequilana Weber azul used to produce 'Sierra Silver.' It also features light notes of green apples and young pineapple, with hints of pepper that add a certain something to this tequila, giving it a full character.
