Mercier Blanc de Noirs — a bold, red-fruited Champagne made entirely from black grapes.
Mercier is one of Champagne's most characterful houses. Blanc de Noirs — literally “white from blacks” — is made purely from black grapes (Pinot Noir), giving a fuller, more fruit-driven style than a classic Brut, with a creamy texture and fine, persistent bubbles.
Fuller-bodied and generous, with fine bubbles and a creamy mouthfeel. Ripe red fruits lead, lifted by citrus and floral notes and rounded by a gentle toastiness, closing long, persistent and refreshing.
