Taittinger Les Folies de la Marquetterie — a characterful single-estate Brut from the house’s own château vineyard.
Unusually for Taittinger, Les Folies is drawn from a single estate: the vines surrounding the Château de la Marquetterie, the family’s country residence. Pinot Noir leads the blend, giving this NV Brut real character and a sense of place.
Sourced from one estate rather than blended across the region, Les Folies expresses the character of La Marquetterie. Aged three to four years on the lees, it balances ripe fruit and florals with a crisp, refreshing line.
