Made exclusively from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs showcases the cool-climate precision that has made Ridgeview one of England's leading sparkling producers since 1995. Hand-harvested grapes undergo whole-bunch pressing and primary fermentation in stainless steel, followed by secondary bottle fermentation and extended ageing on lees in underground cellars.

      The magnum format slows maturation further, giving this 2009 vintage exceptional depth and finesse compared to standard bottlings.
