Réserve de la Comtesse 2020 (Half Bottle) — the second wine of a Pauillac Second Growth.
Réserve de la Comtesse is the second wine of Château Pichon-Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, a celebrated Pauillac Second Growth. Refined and expressive, the 2020 offers a taste of this prestigious estate in a convenient half bottle.
An intense bouquet of blackcurrant, plum, cedar and tobacco with vanilla, spice, graphite and violets. Full-bodied, opulent and complex, with ripe dark fruit, leather and a touch of mocha over silky-smooth tannins and well-integrated acidity, finishing long with black cherry and subtle oak.
