On the nose: Sweet wood aromas with vanilla, toffee, and spiced apple. On the palate: Creamy vanilla and butterscotch lead into light-to-medium body with flavours of ripe peaches, berries, and soft wood spice. The finish is smooth and layered, with gentle wood spice and faint wisps of smoke. Best savoured neat or over ice to appreciate its refined depth. ABV 43.8%, 70cl bottle.
