Don Julio González started distilling in 1942, at just seventeen. Sixty years on, in 2002, his family released this añejo to mark the milestone — a small-batch tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco, rested well beyond the añejo minimum in American oak. Its tall, sculpted bottle is a nod to the agave plant itself, and has made it one of the world's most recognisable celebration pours.
