Bourgogne Chardonnay Thierry Pillot 2021 — charming, elegant white Burgundy.
From the Thierry Pillot estate, with generations of Burgundian winemaking behind it, this Bourgogne Chardonnay captures the region's purity — citrus and orchard fruit with delicate florals, a touch of oak and a clean, refreshing finish.
An inviting bouquet of white flowers, ripe apple, citrus blossom and toasted almonds with hints of vanilla and butter. Medium to full-bodied, rich and creamy, with lemon, grapefruit and ripe fruit over bright, zesty acidity and gentle oak, finishing long with subtle minerality.
