Dom Pérignon P2 Vintage 2003 — the “second life” of the vintage, with heightened intensity and energy.
An exceptional Champagne representing the “second life” of the vintage, matured 15 years on the lees for heightened intensity, depth and energy. Crafted from 100% Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, a blend of 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay, with a dry Brut profile (5g/l dosage) and 12.5% ABV. Disgorged September 2019. Drink now through 2030.
Intense and structured — a toasty, mineral nose evolves to ripe pineapple, toffee, cookie dough and nougat on the palate, with fresh acidity and a long, sapid finish.
