Devaux Ultra D, Aged 5 Years — a mineral, low-dosage Champagne of saline precision and finesse.
From Devaux, founded in 1845, the Ultra D is a low-dosage cuvée built for purity, aged a minimum of five years on its lees. Blending Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it is all mineral tension, salinity and elegant freshness.
Light-bodied and elegant, with a persistent mousse and lively acidity cutting through a gentle creaminess. Fresh orchard fruit meets flinty minerality and a saline lift.
