Pierre Péters Les Chétillons 2015 — a single-vineyard Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs of chalk, citrus and thrilling precision.
Les Chétillons is Pierre Péters' legendary single-parcel cuvée, drawn from old Chardonnay vines in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The 2015 rests around five years on its lees, yielding a pure, mineral Blanc de Blancs of exceptional finesse — one of Champagne's great grower wines.
Light to medium-bodied with delicate bubbles and vibrant, high acidity. Chalky minerality frames green apple and lemon curd, with a biscuity depth from lees ageing, leading to a long, refined finish.
