Provence rosé made with precision from vine to bottle. Grown on clay-limestone soils and harvested mechanically at night to preserve the freshness of the fruit, Commanderie de la Bargemone’s Cuvée Classique is directly cold-pressed, held at low temperature for around ten days and fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel before blending in December.
The result is an elegant, pale rosé with a delicate nose of white flowers and citrus, red fruit on the palate and a crisp, refreshing finish. Estate-bottled in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence.
Perfect as an aperitif or shared over a long lunch pairs beautifully with tapenade, aioli, tapas, barbecue and fish platters. Provence, France. 75cl, 13%.
