Can I send to a hotel in London?
Yes. Give the guest's full name and the hotel address, and note that the delivery is for a guest. Hotels usually receive it at reception or the concierge desk.
Do alcohol-free gifts need an adult to sign?
Age checks apply to orders that contain alcohol. For those, someone aged 18 or over must accept the delivery, and under our
Challenge 25 policy anyone who looks under 25 will be asked for photo ID.
Do you deliver outside London?

Will the recipient pay anything on delivery?
