    • Cambridge Anty Gin 70cl is a truly unique, limited-edition artisanal gin from The Cambridge Distillery in the UK, created in collaboration with the Nordic Food Lab (associated with Noma’s René Redzepi and Claus Meyer). This pioneering spirit is the world’s first gin to feature ants as a botanical: the essence of precisely 62 Formica rufa (red wood ants) from Danish forests is distilled into the gin, replacing traditional citrus peels to impart a distinctive, bright, lemony acidity and subtle tangy citrus note. Combined with classic gin botanicals (juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, etc.), the result is a crisp, dry, and unconventional London Dry-style gin with piney juniper, herbal depth, a surprising fresh citrus lift from the ants, and a clean, zesty finish. At 42% ABV, Anty Gin is remarkably smooth and intriguing—ideal for adventurous Gin & Tonics, martinis, or sipped neat/over ice to experience its one-of-a-kind character. Produced in extremely small batches due to the labour-intensive ant harvesting and distillation process (Batch 007 is especially rare), this vegan-friendly gin (no ants remain in the final product) is a collector’s piece and a bold statement in experimental mixology and gastronomy.
