Days was built for exactly what the name suggests everyday drinking. A blend of malt and grain from both Yoichi and Miyagikyo, it is light, floral and approachable without being simple. It works neat, over ice and exceptionally well in a highball the format Japan has spent decades perfecting. The entry point to the Nikka range, and a convincing one.
Nose: Floral and fresh with apple, white chocolate, lemon zest and light vanilla.
Palate: Silky and medium-bodied with baked apple, toffee, biscuit and a distant trace of peat smoke.
Finish: Clean, gentle and easy.
40% ABV. Blended Japanese whisky.
