Chassagne-Montrachet Morgeot Clos de la Chapelle Vougeraie 2021 — an opulent, powerful Premier Cru white.
The inaugural vintage from Domaine de la Vougeraie's newly acquired Clos de la Chapelle — a monopole parcel within the esteemed Morgeot Premier Cru. This Chardonnay balances power and finesse, a new chapter for the Domaine.
A captivating nose of citrus zest, white flowers such as acacia, peach and a hint of hazelnut from oak ageing. Medium- to full-bodied and opulent, with ripe white fruit, honey and vanilla, balanced by fine minerality and a surprising touch of power through a luxurious finish.
