Heidsieck & Co. Monopole Rosé Top — a saignée rosé of red berries, cherry and refreshing finesse.
From Heidsieck & Co. Monopole, a house dating to 1785, Rosé Top is made by the saignée method — macerating the grapes for colour and flavour. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay aged at least three years on its lees, it is light, fresh and beautifully balanced.
Delicate pink, light and refreshing, with just the right acidity to balance rich fruit. Red berries and cherry are lifted by a hint of spice, leading to a crisp, long finish.
