Limoux is one of France’s most celebrated sparkling wine regions — it has been making sparkling wine longer than Champagne has — and its oceanic terroir is what gives L’Extra Brut its backbone. This is the most serious bottling in the French Bloom range.
It is Chardonnay-led, and it behaves like it: complex, mineral, and built around structure rather than fruit sweetness. Dried apricot and delicate white flower give it aromatic depth, and the finish is crisp and focused. Vegan, and entirely alcohol-free at 0% ABV.
