Chocolate after caviar sounds odd until you try it. Roasted almond and milk chocolate pick up the toasted, brioche side of an aged vintage.

What makes the Damien Hirst edition different?
The Champagne inside is Dom Pérignon Vintage 2018. What changes is the dress: a creative dialogue with Damien Hirst reworks the maison's historic shield through artwork from his Kaleidoscope series, in deep blue hues chosen for the character of the 2018 vintage. It is a numbered limited edition, and the box is usually kept.
How many people does the caviar serve?
Thirty grams is two generous servings on its own, or four as a first course. The mini blinis and crème fraîche are in the box, so nothing else is needed. The mother-of-pearl spoon is included too — metal reacts with the roe and dulls the flavour.
How should I store it before serving?
Keep the caviar and the crème fraîche refrigerated at 0–4°C and eat the caviar within a few days of opening; never freeze it. The blinis keep at room temperature. The Champagne can rest anywhere cool and dark, then go in the fridge for two hours before serving.
Can you deliver it directly to the person I'm gifting?
