Dom Pérignon P2 2003 is a blend of 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, disgorged in September 2019 after 15 years on the lees. Intense and structured, with a toasty, mineral nose that opens to ripe pineapple, toffee and nougat, fresh acidity and a long, sapid finish. That depth and toastiness is exactly what firm, nutty Oscietra needs.
