Everything arrives together, boxed and ribboned. The caviar travels chilled and should go straight into the coldest part of the fridge until you open it.
Why Two Bottles
A Diptych, Not a Pair
The Vintage 2018
Hirst's spot work wrapped around a young, taut vintage — all citrus, white flowers and chalk, with the tension that makes Dom Pérignon's early releases so precise.
The Rosé 2010
The same artist on a wholly different wine: a rosé with eight more years behind it, red-fruited, savoury and broad where the 2018 is tight.
Side by Side
Opened together they read as two panels of one work — the point of a diptych. Young against mature, white against rosé, the same hand on both labels.
The Beluga
Imperial Beluga has the largest, softest pearls and the longest finish of any caviar we stock. At 100g there is enough to serve both bottles properly rather than tasting a thimbleful.

Questions
Why two bottles rather than one?
Because the two Hirst editions are different wines, not two of the same thing. The Vintage 2018 is young, taut and citrus-driven; the Rosé 2010 has eight more years behind it and drinks broad and red-fruited. Opened together they show what the same artist's work looks like on two very different Champagnes — which is the whole idea behind the name.
How much caviar is included, and will it be enough?
A 100g tin of Croe Imperial Beluga. Allowing 15–30g a head, that serves four to six people properly rather than giving everyone a taste. It comes with the mother-of-pearl spoon, crème fraîche and mini blinis so it is ready to serve on arrival.
Why Imperial Beluga rather than Oscietra?
Beluga has the largest and softest pearls of any caviar, with a long, creamy finish, and the sturgeon can take up to twenty years to mature — which is why it costs what it does. Our other hampers use Royal Oscietra, which is firmer and nuttier. For the flagship we wanted the Beluga.
Which bottle should we open first?
The Vintage 2018, with the caviar — its chalk and citrus frame the pearls without competing. Keep the Rosé 2010 for the food that follows, and the salted caramels for the end of the evening with what is left of it.
Can I have it delivered straight to someone else?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add your message, and in London it can be at their door within 30–45 minutes, any hour of the day. The recipient must be 18 or over with ID for our Challenge 25 check.
Is this your most expensive hamper?
Yes — it is the top of our range. Two artist-edition bottles and a 100g tin of Beluga put it above every other hamper we build, including the Dom Pérignon P2 2003 & Caviar Hamper.
