Crafted exclusively from estate-grown grapes, the 2009 blend is 46% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir, and 11% Meunier, hand-selected from the finest parcels. The 2009 vintage benefited from typical seasonal progression, excellent mid-June flowering, late-August veraison, and warm, sunny August/September conditions, yielding optimum ripeness and fine flavours. Traditional method bottle fermentation and an extended 6 years on lees (disgorged July 2016) at 9 g/l dosage with Mytik Diam technical corks deliver exceptional maturity and finesse.
