Dubbed the "Dark Jewel" for its captivating amber-pink hue with copper undertones, this exceptional release celebrates the mystique of a dark, mature rosé. Crafted as a tribute to Pinot Noir, it blends 60% Pinot Noir (including 23% red wine) with 40% Chardonnay from predominantly Grand Cru and Hautvillers Premier Cru vineyards. After more than 10 years on lees and a low 6 g/l dosage, it delivers a luminous yet profound expression—vibrant, ripe, and restrained all at once. The nose reveals pomegranate, ripe strawberries, and a delicate wisp of pipe smoke, while the palate is tactile and creamy, unfolding cherry kernel, roast pecan, and persistent, airy power.
