An iconic, ultra-premium Champagne from the legendary 2008 vintage — the second Plénitude, a peak of radiant maturity after roughly 15 years on the lees (disgorged around 2023–2024). An equal blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from exceptional Grand Cru sites, with a low ~4.5–5g/l dosage. Often hailed as one of the greatest Dom Pérignon releases. Drink now through 2044 and beyond.
Full-bodied and luminous — vivid brightness and layered fruit concentration over ripe yet racy acidity, a pinpoint mousse and chalky minerality, closing long, searingly chalky, saline and resonant.
