Can I send to a London hotel?

Yes. Give the guest's full name and the hotel address, and note that the delivery is for a guest. Hotels usually receive it at reception or the concierge desk.

Who can accept the delivery?

Someone aged 18 or over. We check age on every alcohol delivery, and under our Challenge 25 policy anyone who looks under 25 will be asked for photo ID.

Do you deliver outside London?
