Our reviews live on Google and Trustpilot, not on this page. Both are independent platforms, both show every review rather than a selection, and neither lets us edit or delete what customers write. The current rating and review count are whatever you see when you open them.
This is deliberate. A testimonial selected by the shop, typed onto the shop's own page, with no way to trace it back to the person who wrote it, is worth very little — and there is no way for you to tell a real one from an invented one.
The independent profiles do not have that problem. They show the whole picture, including reviews we would rather they did not, which is exactly what makes them worth reading. So we link to them instead of quoting from them.
If we delivered to you, a review helps other people in London decide. Use either link above. Neither needs an account with us, and both take about a minute.
The detail that helps most is the specific kind: how long the delivery actually took, whether the order was correct, and how the driver was. That is more useful to the next person than a star rating on its own.
Please contact us first, with your order number. Most problems — a missing item, a damaged bottle, a delivery that took longer than it should have — can be sorted out quickly, and we would rather fix it than read about it later.
If a bottle arrived damaged or does not look right, leave it unopened and see authenticity and sourcing for what to check and what happens next. Our return policy covers returns and refunds.
