A super-premium, limited-edition ancestral mezcal from the esteemed Amarás Logia series, crafted from the rare wild Madrecuishe agave (Agave karwinskii) — known as the “mother of all agaves” for its exceptionally long ~25-year maturation. Produced in Oaxaca using traditional methods: pit-roasted, hand-milled, naturally fermented with wild yeast and distilled in small clay-pot stills. 43% ABV.
Complex and elegant — cooked-agave sweetness and citrus brightness with peanut-brittle nuttiness, wildflowers and dried grass over a textured, mineral-driven finish of lingering herbal depth and gentle smoke.
